Loud Sound and Driving How much it affects the driver.

All people have the ability to hear different sounds up to certain decibels (db). Without adversely affecting either their behavior or their health.

But to what extent is a driver, especially if inexperienced, affected by loud noises either inside or outside the vehicle?

It is very dangerous to distract the driver from the driving process, and it carries many risks.

In a well-maintained modern vehicle the noise levels are around 54db, in these conditions the driver is able to hear any noise that his vehicle will make for no reason, even almost all the external sounds that must be able to perceive for traffic safety.

But what if the driver has installed larger speakers and exhaust as well as a filter for more noise in his car?

In this case, not only is he at risk of being distracted but also other road users.

For example, if the music is genre at high levels of around 90db and above, in addition to detuning the driver from the sound and increasing its pulse, he also loses significant street stimuli by making music or choosing songs.

The same can affect a vehicle next to it if it passes abruptly by the side and the driver is frightened. As a result, it detaches from the steering wheel even momentarily.

Exactly the same happens if he presses the accelerator hard while he has put a noise exhaust.

Of course, vehicles that cause noise pollution are illegal and drivers are punished.

It would be good to have soft music while driving so that the driver feels company especially if he is alone, but knowing that as the volume of music increases especially if the driver likes this type increases and the speed of the vehicle instinctively have show various studies.

So it's right to have music on the go, but the sound is right and the music is right.

It will be especially good for young drivers to be able to listen to the engine and work properly with the vehicle, rather than having the power to play music and dance, which is extremely dangerous.
